I believe you can follow each forum category by simply clicking on the category, then hitting the "start watching forum" toggle at the top right of the second open box. Follow the ones your interested, don't follow the ones your not.

Have used a forum set-up like this before. Tried clicking on your FAQ's and could not get any of them to open...just a head's up.
